Afternoon Block Party – This Sunday

Continuing with the NYC LES pop-shop swap, we’re partying with the rest of the Newburgh Quarter. Not only will the NY pop-up shops be open, but we’re having a neighborhood fete, live catwalk shows, a food market, DJs and free taxi rides. No tickets required … more.

Afternoon Block Party – This Sunday

This Sunday, there’s a bit of a block party going on on Newburgh Street. It’s all part of the ongoing NYC Lower Eastside swap we’re doing. There’ll be a food market with Bodeans’ hog roast, BBQ, salt beef, bagels, pizza, popcorn, candy floss and an apple press. Then there’s some guest New York DJs AND… a Guerilla street catwalk. It’ll be MC’d by me and will feature our coming Winter collection, the New York brands, Chatau Roux, Beyond the Valley and, I’m sure, a few more of the quarter’s brands.

Now the really big news is that, with the help of Pete from Airworks, I’ve rigged up a great big orange New York steam pipe, steam and all. It looks wicked!

So, come on down, it’s free and should be a good sunday afternoon laugh.

Winter 09 Launch Party

From 5pm on Saturday 31st October, we’ll be launching our Winter 09 collection, Dictators of Fashion, at our flag store in Ganton Street, London. You’ll need to RSVP for a ticket, so read on. We’ll have profligate quantities of booze, food, music and speeches. I’m campaigning Westminster to let us have some of their Traffic Wardens for a firing squad and if I can get troops and tanks, I will.

Also, as part of the Wish You Were Here Halloween block party, there’ll be a food festival, live DJs, something by Super Super and, for the kids, pumpkin carving, apple bobbing, mystery boxes and trick-or-treating in the stores.
